Requirements:
• Understanding requirements and creating key test deliverables such as test cases, test scenarios, automated test suites, etc

• Test estimation, scheduling, requirements traceability, execution and reporting results to various audiences

• Attending daily stand-up meetings to maximise test effectiveness particularly during execution phase
• Identifying test data, regression testing scope and coverage
• Defect identification, reporting and ownership through to resolution
• Adherence to the software development life cycle (SDLC), testing standards and best practices
• To become an integral part of the Sprint Team working with other roles including as fellow Test Specialists, Developers, Scrum Master and other supporting roles
• Functional Testing require interactions with other Sprint Teams or Suppliers to ensure correct project solution delivery


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience of testing within an Agile framework including user stories, BDD, Scrum, sprint planning, retro, etc
• Strong technical manual testing experience with APIs using Postman
• Experience working with JSON and XML data formats
• Experience in reading and understanding technical flow diagrams - UML, ERD, etc
• Experience with automation testing technologies and principles: Selenium Webdriver, IntelliJ IDE, Cucumber, Maven, OOP Design & Patterns
• Experience with .NET framework tooling - NUnit, RestSharp, Reqnroll
• Proficiency in C# programming language
• Experience with version control systems - Git
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Knowledge of database querying and SQL
• Formal testing experience in a distributed working environment
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player but also able to work independently using your initiative

• Experience of working in the Financial sector - preferred Wealth Management domain.
